The editorial board of the FBCC received their application back instead of a decision on the competition in the Pavlodar region.

Instead of an official response to the results of the competition for the state information contract, the FBK editorial team received back its own application. Following a preliminary review of the complaint by FBK founder Kirill Pavlov, the guilty official was punished, but they refused to reconsider the results of the competition.
