AZRK has identified a violation in the activities of the Konaiv SEC in the Almaty region
The Department of the Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Almaty Region (APDC) has completed a monitoring of the activities of JSC "Konayev Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation". During the inspection, it was established that the company had been engaged in investment activities involving the issuance of loans to agricultural entrepreneurs without approval from the antimonopoly authority. Following the monitoring, an order was issued to eliminate the violations, which has already been complied with.
