Останки собак без шкур обнаружили в Алматы у мусорных контейнеров
In the Alatau district of Almaty, the remains of dogs with their skin removed were found near rubbish bins. At the scene, 10 heads and 4 carcasses of animals were discovered. A criminal case has been registered under Article 316 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan ("Cruelty to animals").
