The Shymkent court ordered the payment of 83 million tenge for the seized plot
A court in Shymkent has upheld a claim by a city resident for compensation regarding a land plot expropriated for state needs. The court ordered the State Institution "Directorate of Land Relations of the City of Shymkent" to pay the owner 83,419,500 tenge. A special ruling was also issued to the city's akim due to identified violations in the land expropriation procedure.
