Before approving the list of candidates, delegates adopted a new version of the party's charter. The document was revised in light of the new Constitution and recent legislative changes.

The changes affected around 40 provisions concerning the distribution of powers within the party, improving the management system, and aligning internal rules with the constitutional reform.

WHAT THE PARTY CHAIRMAN SAID

Party chairman Aibek Dadebai presented the main points of the election programme. According to him, the new Constitution represents a new social contract, and he described the party's task as implementing the principles enshrined within it in practice.

Dadebai also stated that the approved programme is focused on resolving citizens' everyday issues and forming a team of candidates ready to implement the announced reforms.

CONTEXT

On 15 April, an initiative group of 16 people submitted an application to the Ministry of Justice to establish a new political party. On 17 April 2026, the organising committee confirmed the creation of the party. The party received state registration on 1 June.

On 12 June, the AMANAT party announced it was joining the Ädilet party, which is led by Aibek Dadebai. The party leaders described this step as a process of consolidating political forces to build a "Just Kazakhstan."

From 1 July 2026, a new Constitution came into force in Kazakhstan, under which the powers of the Parliament were terminated. Instead of a bicameral Parliament consisting of the Senate and the Majilis, a unicameral Kurultai has begun its work.

Elections for the new representative body have been scheduled for 23 August 2026.
